M-Flex Names Beckenbaugh CTO |

ANAHEIM, CA – Multi-Fineline Electronix, provider of flexible printed circuits and assemblies, named Dr. William Beckenbaugh chief technology officer.
Charles “Bud” Tapscott, who has been with M-Flex since 1994, serving as an executive officer since 2002 and CTO since 2005, will retire but will continue to serve the company as a part-time employee. Dr. Beckenbaugh will be responsible for the company's packaging and flex printed circuit technology base and commercializing M-Flex's technological innovations. Dr. Beckenbaugh has 30 years of senior level leadership as a CEO, CTO and vice president for various companies. Most recently, he was vice president of operations for Akrometrix LLC, and was previously with Hadco, Sanmina-SCI and Motorola, among others. |
