Freedom CAD to Merge with Ruppert Design

NASHUA, NH – Freedom CAD Services Inc. has reported that it will merge with Ruppert Design, a Sacramento, CA-based design service company. Financial details are not being released.
According to an article, the new company will be named Freedom CAD Services Inc. with its headquarters in Nashua. The senior management will remain in place, company officials said.
Freedom CAD and Ruppert Design officials report the companies have similar histories and complement each other’s services. In a prepared statement, Freedom CAD founder and CEO Lou Primmer said, “Merging forces with Ruppert Design provides Freedom with a recognized and respected West Coast presence. Combining Ruppert Design’s resources with the 30-plus designers already part of Freedom CAD will provide our customers with the expertise and scale to take on even larger and more challenging projects that often overwhelm smaller service bureaus.”
“We see the resources and management strengths that Freedom CAD brings to this merger as enablers for accelerating the growth of the West Coast operation,” said Jonathan Ruppert, founder of Ruppert Design and now Freedom CAD’s director of West Coast operations.
