Router Solutions Releases CAMCAD V4.5 |

NEWPORT BEACH, CA – Router Solutions Inc., a supplier of electronic computer aided design (ECAD) data preparation and paperless repair software, has latest release of its CAMCAD data preparation solution available.
CAMCAD V4.5 is said to include the following enhancements:
- Bill of Materials variant support
- Multiple machine support
- In-Circuit Test (ICT) Fixture reuse analysis
- New Electrical Part Library
- Various Design For Test (DFT) improvements
- Teradyne Spectrum export module
- Seica flying probe export module
- DigitalTest ICT export module
- MVP Paste AOI export module
- MVP Component AOI export module
The variant support reportedly provides the ability to incorporate all different variations of a single PCB within a single file without having to duplicate the boards, which is said to significantly reduce the management issues of multiple files for each variant.
A new fixture reuse analysis module is said to allow existing fixture information to be imported against an updated revision of a PCB and a report will be generated showing how easy it will be to use the existing fixture on the new board. This feedback can allegedly be generated in minutes.

This version of CAMCAD supports the Teradyne Spectrum and DigitalTest In-Circuit Test systems, the MVP Paste and Component AOI inspection systems and the Seica flying probe test system.
