ANAHEIM, CA, Feb. 22, 2005 – UPMG and PCB007 announced the formation and launch of PBR Seminars. The new company will produce and market Web-based seminars (Webinars) for the global electronics packaging industry. The new venture is designed to bring critical information and education to the global electronics packaging industry

PBR Seminars uses the latest technology to provide its customers with a rich educational experience from the comfort of their own offices. Customers will be able to join live seminars or attend seminars, on-demand, when it’s convenient.

“PBR Seminars provides a complete package of services to our customers,” stated Pete Waddell, president of UPMG. “Although there are quite a few Webinar services available on the Internet, we bring to the table market knowledge and market access. Few Webinar companies can offer the market reach that we do.”

The company has several seminars currently scheduled. The first Webinar is a technical presentation by Sierra Proto Express discussing their new, proprietary technology for high-reliability PCBs capable of withstanding more thermal cycles and higher temperatures. The free live seminar will introduce the industry this new "breakthrough" technology.
