Cambridge Nanotherm Launches Metal-backed PCB Print E-mail

Nanotherm MBPCB (Metal-Backed Printed Circuit Board) features a nano-ceramic dielectric layer for thermal management.

Features a dielectric thermal conductivity of 7 W/mK. Can be processed using standard PCB fabrication techniques. Can be applied in thicknesses as low as 10 microns. Thermal resistance goes to 0.012°Ccm2/W. Is said to reduce LED temperatures as much as 20°C.
